• If last license = 2025, you only pay 2026; 1 unused thematic waives MCPD for 2026.
• MCPD = ₦30,000/year. Surcharge = ₦5,000 per missed year (current year exempt).
• One‑time registration (₦40,000) & induction (₦40,000) only for never‑licensed + unpaid.
